I recently bought a car from EAG Car Specialist. When it came to cleaning the car. I noticed a bit of the driver seat trim missing. I informed Harvey who sold me the car. He literally replied with an email saying they ordered the part and will let me know once it arrives. It arrived and I have fitted the part on myself as it was very easy. I purchases a BMW M4 F82 from EAG 2023 May. The service was brilliant from start to finish.

I agreed to the asking price and we negotiated a few extras + (replacing a splitter I broke on road test). The extras included changing the carbon package, PPF and replacing the splitter I broke. On arrival to complete the hand over Richard pointed out a few very minor defects on the PPF. He had identified how passionate I was and appreciated I was also from the trade. The finish was clearly not up to there standard. However I understood the pressure I'd applied to complete before the weekend and was happy enough to complete as agreed. He proceeded to hand over professionally under time constraints again as I was late, then didn't charge me for the extras.

Had to replace a broken rear wiper arm on my RSQ3 which I'd literally just bought.

Guys said send a picture and receipt for costs of materials, as Id agreed to replace it myself rather than travel 200 miles.

Part bought from Audi and fitted by myself and the lads have reimbursed me fully.
